- β2-3 Xtra Hot Peppersdepending on desired level of heat
- β1 teaspoon Jamaican Spices
- β1/2 teaspoon Tagine Spice Mix
- β1 can Canned Tomatoes
- β2 cups Rice

Instructions

Heat oil in a tagine or large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the ground coriander and cook for 1 minute.

Add the xtra hot peppers and Jamaican spices and cook for another minute.
