Classic Beef Casserole
A hearty, comforting British dish made with tender beef and topped with a crispy crust. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons xtra virgin olive oil
- ●1 large onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ●1 cup beef broth
- ●1 cup milk
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●2 tablespoons spicy Worcestershire sauce
- ●1 cup (as a serving dish) casserole

Brown the beef in a large pan over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
