Grilled Satay Steak with Malaysian Peanut Sauce
A fusion of Malaysian and Western flavors, this grilled steak dish is served with a creamy peanut sauce and crispy satay.
Ingredients
- β1 1.5 lbs sirloin steakpreferably ribeye or strip loin
- β2 tbsp Xtra spicy peanut butteradjust to taste
- β1/4 cup Malaysian satay saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 1/2 cup coconut milkfull-fat for richness
- β2 2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 1 tablespoon soy sauceor tamari for gluten-free
- β2 2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor grilling and sauce
- βto taste Salt and pepperfor seasoning
- βchopped Cilantro or scallionsfor garnish

Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
