Smoky Croatian Dumplings
A hearty and flavorful dish featuring smoky pork and traditional Croatian dumplings.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Smoky Pork Shoulder
- β3 cloves Xtra Garlic
- β1 tsp Croatian Paprika
- β1 package (12-15 dumplings) Dumplings
- β1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the smoky pork shoulder and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the xtra garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the Croatian paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the pork to a baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is tender.

Meanwhile, cook the dumplings according to package instructions.
