Japanese-Style Egg and Tagine Tartine
A Japanese-inspired dish that combines the richness of egg and tagine with the crunch of xtra peppery vegetables. Perfect for a light lunch.

- β1 yolksfrom the eggs, for richness
- β1/2 cup taginecaramelized, sweet and spicy
- β1/4 cup xtrathinly sliced, for crunch
- β1/4 cup pepperythinly sliced, for flavor
- β1/4 cup russianthinly sliced, for added texture

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Whisk the eggs and yolks together in a bowl until well combined.

Add the tagine to the eggs and mix to distribute evenly.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Transfer the egg mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set.
