Piedmontese and Paneer Piadina
A delicious Italian-inspired dish featuring the rich flavors of Piedmontese beef and creamy paneer cheese, wrapped in a crispy piadina bread.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Piedmontese beef (thinly sliced)
- β6 oz Paneer cheese
- β2 Piadina breadpreferably homemade
- β2 cups Peppery arugula
- β2 tbsp Xtra virgin olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β0.5 tsp Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the Piedmontese beef slices with salt and black pepper.

Grill the beef slices for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, toast the piadina bread slices until crispy and lightly browned.

Slice the grilled beef into thin strips.

Top each toasted piadina slice with a few slices of beef, some peppery arugula, and a slice of paneer cheese.

Drizzle with xtra virgin olive oil and serve immediately.
