Polish Pork Stew

- β1 pound Polish sausage
- β2 medium Onions
- β4 medium Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes
- β1 cup Malty beersuch as Tyskie or Lech
- β2 tablespoons Xtra-virgin olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Stew seasoning
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown pork and sausage on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove pork and set aside.

Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
