Blueberry Mexican Tacos

- β4 tacos shellsgluten-free
- β1 cup mexican whipped creamgluten-free
- β2 tbsp blueberry syrup
- β1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- β1 tbsp powdered sugar

1. In a blender, puree the blueberries until smooth.
