Pan-Seared Fish with Mediterranean Pilaf
A classic French dish combining the flavors of the Mediterranean with the simplicity of pan-seared fish. This recipe serves 4 and can be prepared in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup mediterranean pilafavailable in most supermarkets or homemade
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- ●2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 tablespoon parsleychopped
- ●to taste saltfor seasoning

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
