Jamaican Mozzarella Casserole
A twist on a classic casserole, this Jamaican Mozzarella Casserole combines the flavors of the Caribbean with the comfort of a cheesy, gooey casserole. Perfect for a dinner that's sure to please.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup shredded xtra Mozzarella CheeseFreshly shredded
- ●2 cloves minced garlicky GarlicUse a press for best results
- ●1 tsp jamaican Jerk SeasoningAdjust to taste
- ●8 oz casserole PastaYour favorite casserole-style pasta
- ●1 can diced Tomatoes14.5 oz can
- ●1/2 cup chopped OnionRed or yellow work well
- ●1/4 cup chopped JalapeñoAdjust to taste
- ●1/4 cup chopped BasilFresh or dried work well

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion until softened.

Add diced tomatoes, jerk seasoning, and jalapeño. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in chopped basil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomato mixture, and shredded mozzarella.
