Italian Lasagna Delight
A classic Italian dish with a twist of Turkish delight, layered with tender lasagna noodles and rich flavors.
Ingredients
- β8-10 sheets lasagna noodles
- β3 tbsp xtra virgin olive oil
- β1 cup earthly mushroomssliced
- β1 cup delightful ricotta cheese
- β2 tbsp turkish delightcrushed
- β1 tsp italian seasonings
- β1 cup parmesan cheeseshredded
- β1 cup mozzarella cheeseshredded

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the ricotta cheese, crushed Turkish delight, and Italian seasonings.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, mushroom mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Top with shredded parmesan cheese and cover with aluminum foil.
