Roasted Irish Duck Leg
A classic dish featuring the rich flavors of roasted duck leg, served with a side of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup 1 cup roasted vegetablessuch as carrots, potatoes, and parsnips

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the duck leg and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the duck leg with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the duck leg until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the duck leg to a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C) and continue roasting for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
