Potato Rellena
A traditional Peruvian dish, this potato stuffed with meat and spices is a flavorful twist on a classic potato dish.
Ingredients
- β4 large Potatoes
- β1 cup mashed Papacooled
- β1 cup ground beef Rellena
- β1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin Xtra Spices
- β1/2 cup chopped Crunchy Onion
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then let cool.

2. In a pan, cook the Rellena until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

3. Add the Xtra Spices and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. In a bowl, combine the mashed papa, cooked Rellena mixture, and chopped crunchy onion.

6. Scoop out the centers of the potatoes and fill with the papa mixture.
