Lamb Tagine
A traditional North African stew made with tender lamb and flavorful spices.

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb shoulder, cut into 2-inch pieces lamb
- β2 tablespoons algerianground cumin
- β1/2 cup crumblycrumbly feta cheese, crumbled
- β2 cups xtraextra virgin olive oil
- β1 taginetagine or Dutch oven
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in the tagine or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
