Italian-Style Tofu Stir Fry
A quick and easy Italian-inspired stir fry made with crispy tofu and noodles, featuring a blend of Eastern and Western flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofuextra-firm
- β8 oz noodlespreferably rice-based
- β1 cup crispychopped
- β2 tbsp vietnamesetoasted sesame oil
- β2 cups xtramixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, and/or kale)
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of Vietnamese oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Add noodles and crispy to the skillet, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.

Serve immediately over mixed greens, garnished with additional crispy if desired.
