Dutch Chicken Schnitzel Wrap
A classic German dish, Schnitzel is a breaded and fried cutlet, served in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β4 chicken breastthinly sliced
- β1 cup dutch crunch coating mixavailable at most grocery stores
- β1 cup xtra crispy breadcrumbsoptional
- β4 wrapcrispy flour tortilla
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β4 lemon wedgesoptional

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

2. Dip each chicken breast in the Dutch crunch coating mix, pressing gently to adhere.

3. Dredge the coated chicken breast in the xtra crispy breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

4. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6. Transfer the fried chicken breasts to a plate and let rest for a few minutes.

7. Warm the wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

8. Assemble the wraps by placing a fried chicken breast in the center of each wrap.

9. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
