Crispy Thai Tofu Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe made with crispy tofu, crunchy vegetables, and a sweet and sour sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 block, drained and cut into small cubes Tofu
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 cup, chopped Xtra Crispy Chinese Shu
- β2 tablespoons Mu Shufor stir-frying sauce
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated Ginger
- β1 cup, sliced Bell peppers
- β1 cup, sliced Onions
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the chopped Xtra Crispy Chinese Shu and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for an additional minute.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onions and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked tofu back into the skillet, along with the Mu Shu, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the tofu is fully coated.

Serve the crispy Thai tofu stir fry hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of Xtra Crispy Chinese Shu.
