Creamy Jamaican Asparagus Pasta
A French-inspired pasta dish featuring asparagus, creamy cheese sauce, and a hint of Caribbean spice.

- β1 bunch AsparagusFresh, trimmed
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 tsp Jamaican Seasoning Mix
- β1 cup Cheese (grated)
- β1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add Jamaican seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add asparagus to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, combine cheese and heavy cream. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.

Stir cheese sauce into the skillet with asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine cooked pasta and cheese sauce. Toss to coat.
