Citrusy Ham and Jelly Tagine

- β1 cup Jelly
- β1/4 cup, freshly squeezed orange juice Citrusy
- β2 tablespoons, chopped fresh rosemary Xerisced
- β1/4 cup, sliced Serrano
- β2 tablespoons, aji amarillo paste Peruvian

Heat oil in a large tagine over medium heat.
