Kenyan Bulgur Pilaf

- β2 cups spring water
- β1 small spring onionschopped
- β1 tsp kenyan spices
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped spring onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Kenyan spices and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
