Vegan Fish-Free Fish Tacos
A creative vegan twist on traditional fish tacos, featuring croatian-inspired flavors and textures.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Croatian bread crumbs
- β1/2 cup Lightly toasted xeriscape seeds
- β2 tablespoons Bisque-flavored vegan Worcestershire sauce
- β4 Vegan fish-free fillets (such as tofu or tempeh)
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 Avocado
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β1 teaspoon Vegan taco seasoning
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegan sour cream (such as cashew or soy-based)

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, toasted xeriscape seeds, and vegan taco seasoning.

3. Dip each vegan fish-free fillet into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.

4. Add the coated fillets to the preheated skillet or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Meanwhile, mix together the bisque-flavored vegan Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
