Spicy Chilli Beef Wrap
A flavorful and spicy wrap filled with tender beef, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of Mexican spices.
Ingredients
- β8 oz beef stripssirloin or ribeye work well
- β1/2 cup spanish chillidiced
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β1 medium bell pepperdiced
- β4-6 wrapflour or corn tortillas
- β1 cup shredded cheesecheddar or Monterey Jack
- β1/4 cup salsamild or spicy
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1/2 tsp paprikasmoked or sweet

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Add the diced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the beef strips and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add the diced chilli, cumin, and paprika. Stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm the wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by spooning the beef mixture onto the center of each wrap.

Top with shredded cheese, salsa, and any desired toppings.
