Japanese-Style Lamb Kebabs
A fusion of Japanese and Turkish flavors, these lamb kebabs are perfect for a summer evening. Marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sake, and spices, they're grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp soy sauceJapanese-style

- β1 tsp turkishground cumin and coriander

- β2 tbsp lightolive oil

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sake, brown sugar, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper.
