Saudi Arabian Fish Tagine
A unique fusion dish blending Indian spices and Saudi Arabian flavors, featuring a tender fish fillet cooked in a flavorful tagine.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp GheeClarified butter for added flavor
- β1 tsp Garam masalaIndian spice blend
- β1 tsp Cumin powderEarthy flavor
- β1/2 tsp Turmeric powderAnti-inflammatory properties

- βchopped (1/4 cup) Fresh corianderFresh herbs for garnish

Heat ghee in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add cumin powder and let it sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the fish fillets, skin side up, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Flip the fish over and add the garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.

Pour in enough water to cover the fish and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
