- β250g french cream
- β100g clotted cream
- β100g sugarto taste
- β1 tsp vanilla extractoptional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180Β°C.

Roll out the x crumbly pastry and place in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the french cream and clotted cream.

Add sugar and vanilla extract (if using) to the cream mixture and mix until combined.
