Lamb and Turkish Pilaf Stir-Fry
A fusion of Chinese and Turkish flavors in a delicious and quick stir-fry. The lamb and pilaf add a hearty and nutty taste to this dish.
Ingredients
- β1 pound LambCut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup Turkish PilafCooked and cooled
- β2 tablespoons RichSesame oil for stir-frying
- β1 cup XanthyMixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β2 tablespoons Soy SauceFor added flavor

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the skillet.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked Turkish pilaf to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Return the lamb to the skillet and stir to combine with the pilaf and vegetables.
