Doro Wot Cod Au Gratin

- ●1 cup, store-bought or homemade doro wotor substitute with Ethiopian-inspired spice blend
- ●2 tablespoons, chopped fresh xanthous
- ●1 tablespoon, chopped fresh energizingsuch as parsley or cilantro
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1 teaspoon, spice blend ethiopian

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season cod with salt and Ethiopian spice blend.

In a separate saucepan, combine doro wot and 1/4 cup water. Heat over low heat, whisking until smooth.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange cod portions.
