German Kanten Pudding

- β200ml agurunsweetened
- β1 cup, diced bitter melon
- β2 cups, cooked pilaf
- β2 tbsp german honey

Combine kanten and agur in a saucepan.

Whisk until kanten dissolves.

Add diced bitter melon and cooked pilaf to the saucepan.
