Crispy Vegetable Wrap
A gluten-free snack filled with crispy vegetables served in a crispy flatbread wrap.
Ingredients
- β2 pieces Australian flatbreadgluten-free
- β1 cup Vegetablesany combination of your favorite vegetables e.g., carrots, zucchini, bell peppers
- β1 cup Crispy vegetable mixstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons xany neutral-tasting oil
- β1 teaspoon traany neutral-tasting seasonings
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Slice the flatbread into two pieces.

Brush the flatbread with oil and sprinkle with seasonings.

Place the flatbread in the pan for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.

Add the vegetables to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until tender.

Add the crispy vegetable mix to the pan and stir to combine.

Assemble the wrap by placing the vegetable mixture onto one of the flatbread pieces.
