Grilled Turkish Artichoke Kebabs
A flavorful and healthy recipe that combines the tenderness of artichokes with the richness of turkish spices. Perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β4-6 ArtichokesFresh, trimmed and halved
- β2 Jerusalem artichokesSliced
- β1 cup Turkish tender meat substituteOptional
- β1/4 cup Winey olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tsp Turkish spices

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and turkish spices.

Add halved artichokes and sliced jerusalem artichokes to the bowl, tossing to coat with the marinade.

Thread artichokes and jerusalem artichokes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

If using Turkish tender meat substitute, thread it onto the skewers as well.

Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the artichokes are tender and lightly charred.
