Crispy Hazelnut Pho Bites
Crispy pho bites filled with a sweet and nutty hazelnut filling. Perfect as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup Hazelnuts
- ●2 tablespoons Sugar
- ●1 tablespoon Winey rice vinegar
- ●1/4 cup Crispy fried onions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pho noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender or food processor, blend the hazelnuts and sugar until finely ground.

Add the winey rice vinegar and blend until well combined.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pho noodles, hazelnut mixture, and crispy fried onions.

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
