Wild Norwegian Pasta Bake
A hearty and flavorful pasta dish made with wild Norwegian salmon, served in a rich tomato sauce with macaroni pasta.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 oz each) Wild Norwegian Salmon Fillets
- β12 oz Macaroni Pasta
- β2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the wild Norwegian salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Transfer the cooked salmon to a baking dish.

Add the tomato paste to the same skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour the garlic-tomato sauce over the salmon fillets.

Top the salmon with the cooked macaroni pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
