Wild Curry Chicken
A flavorful Indian-inspired dish made with wild chicken, rich tahini sauce, and aromatic curry spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Wild Chicken Breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tbsp Tahinicreamy sesame paste
- β1 tsp Indian Curry Powderwarm and aromatic spice blend
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oilhealthy and flavorful cooking oil
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrofresh herbs for garnish
- β2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Saltseason to taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the wild chicken breast with salt and Indian curry powder.

Heat coconut oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken cooks, whisk together tahini, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
