- β2 tbsp Irish skillet oilfor cooking
- β1 tsp Wicked butterunsalted
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/2 cup Chopped scallionsgreen onions
- β2 Lemon wedgesfor serving

Preheat the skillet in the oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the cod with salt and pepper.

Add the Irish skillet oil to the preheated skillet and swirl to coat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cod fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
