Spicy Filipino Stew
A flavorful and spicy Filipino-inspired stew made with wholesome ingredients. This dish is perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients

- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 chili pepperssliced
- ●2 tbsp tomato paste
- ●1 can coconut milk
- ●2 tbsp fish sauce
- ●to taste black pepper
- ●to taste salt
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the sliced chili peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.
