- β200g Smoked SalmonWild smoked salmon from Canada
- β1 medium AvocadoRich in healthy fats
- β1 medium CucumberLow-carb and refreshing
- β100g BaconSmoky and savory
- β50g Cheddar CheeseLow-carb cheese option
- β100g TofuMarinated in smoky spices
- β100g Mixed GreensFresh and crunchy

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tofu on it.

Bake the tofu for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.

Add the cheddar cheese to the pan and stir until melted.

In a separate pan, cook the smoked salmon over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
