Ingredients
- β8 oz Farfalle pastawhole wheat or gluten-free
- β1 cup Wholesome vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumber)any combination
- β2 tbsp Toasted sesame seedsfor garnish
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceor tamari for gluten-free
- β1 tbsp Rice vinegaroptional
- β1 tsp Grated gingerfresh or dried
- β1/4 cup Green onionsthinly sliced
- β1 tsp Crushed red pepperoptional
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor dressing

Cook farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss to combine.

Add the wholesome vegetables, toasted sesame seeds, green onions, and crushed red pepper to the bowl. Toss to combine.
