Ethiopian-Style Wholesome Chicken Pilaf
A flavorful and nutritious pilaf dish from Ethiopia made with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients

- β1 cup wholesome riceuncooked
- β1 teaspoon pilaf seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium carrotchopped
- β1 cup green beansfresh or frozen
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste pepperfor seasoning

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
