Bass and Saudia Crumble
A vegetarian twist on a classic crumble dish, using saudia and bass. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 bass filletswild-caught
- β1 cup saudiacanned
- βto taste sea salt
- β1 package crumble topping
- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- βchopped, to taste fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Rinse the bass fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.

In a small bowl, mix together the saudia, sea salt, and lemon juice.

Place the bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each fillet with the saudia mixture.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top of each fillet.

Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top of each fillet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
