Spicy Thai Broccoli Calamarata Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry made with wilted broccoli, calamarata pasta, and your choice of Italian or Chinese seasonings. This dish is a unique twist on traditional Thai cuisine.
Ingredients
- β8 oz calamarata pastawhole wheat or regular
- β2 cups wilted broccolifresh or frozen
- β2 tbsp warmly seasoned olive oilItalian seasoning
- β1 tsp chinese five spiceor to taste
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp soy saucelow sodium
- β1 tsp sugaror to taste
- β1 tsp chili flakesor to taste
- β1/2 tsp saltor to taste
- β1/2 tsp black pepperor to taste
Instructions

Heat the warmly seasoned olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the wilted broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add the calamarata pasta, soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
