Uruguayan Beef Skewers with Warmly Spiced Glaze

- β2 tbsp Soy sauceFor marinade

2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and five-spice powder to make the marinade.
