Canadian Beef Hash
A hearty, comforting dish made with corned beef, hash browns, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Corned Beef
- β2 cups Hash Browns
- β1/2 cup Warmly Spiced Ground BeefOptional
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β1 medium Bell PepperChopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 EggBeaten
Instructions

Brown the corned beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the hash browns to the skillet and cook until they start to brown.

Add the warmly spiced ground beef (if using) to the skillet and cook until combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Push the hash mixture to one side of the skillet.
