Smoked Pork Belly Skillet

- β2 tbsp Brown sugarFor glaze
- β1 tsp Dijon mustardFor glaze
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1 tsp Black pepperTo taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped (optional)
