Spanish Keto Paella
A keto twist on the classic Spanish dish, using rendered tomatoes and protein-rich pa to make it a great keto meal. Serve hot, garnished with fresh tomatoes.

- β2 cups rendered tomatoeswarmly cooked, to enhance flavor
- β2 medium tomaquetseedless and chopped
- β1 tablespoon amboptional, add for extra flavor
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor sautΓ©ing
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprikaadds depth of flavor
- β1/2 teaspoon garlic powderenhances flavor
- β1/2 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepperto taste
