Grilled Greek Beef Skewers
Juicy beef skewers marinated in a zesty Greek-inspired mixture, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients

- β1 medium Red onionCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 medium Bell pepperCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 medium ZucchiniCut into 1-inch slices
- β8 oz MushroomCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup Greek yogurtFor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juiceFor marinade

In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
