Cannoli-Shell Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, featuring crispy cannoli shells filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with warm, white, Italian, and sauerkraut flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 lb ground beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β6-8 shells cannoli shellsstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp chili powderground
- β1/2 tsp saltto taste
- β1/4 tsp pepperto taste
- β1 cup warm white saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp italian seasoningdried
- β1 cup sauerkrautshredded, drained

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.

Add onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.

Warm white sauce in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.

Fill cannoli shells with the beef mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until shells are crispy.

Place a cannoli shell on each plate and spoon warm white sauce over the top.

Sprinkle with sauerkraut and italian seasoning.
