Middle Eastern Maqluba with Boudin Blanc Variance

- β1 tsp corianderground
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp dried parsleyoptional

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
