Italian Shrimp and Yorkshire Pudding

Cook the jumbo shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
