Filipino Pork Adobo Wrap
A flavorful twist on traditional wraps, this Filipino pork adobo wrap combines tender pork, tangy sauce, and crunchy veggies in a warm and spicy tortilla.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shouldercut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup Vinegarapple cider vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 medium Tomatochopped
- β1 medium Bell pepperchopped
- βhandful Spinachchopped
- β1 Warm flour tortilla
- β2 tablespoons Spicy mayonnaise

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
