Spanish Potato Omelette
A classic Spanish dish made with potatoes, onions, and warm spices. Easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients
- β2 medium Potatoes
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β1 tsp Warm spicespaprika, garlic powder
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 2 eggsbeaten
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, black pepper, and warm spices.

Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and onion in the skillet.

Cook until the eggs start to set, about 2-3 minutes.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the eggs are almost set.

Use the spatula to carefully fold the omelette in half.
